terms & conditions

Please read the below carefully. We want you to have a great party experience at Sammy's Soft Play! However, we do have some rules and we require that these are read and acknowledged before we can confirm any booking in order to ensure that everything goes smoothly on the day.

 

Your booking

  • For a flat fee of £350, you will have sole use of Sammy’s Soft Play for 2 hours. Plus a £100.00 holding fee - which you receive back after the party, if there are no damages. 

  • The two hours include setting up and clearing up as there will be public play sessions immediately before and after.

  • Our staff will be on hand to help with both, but if you require more time, please ask about a longer booking. The additional hour is £175. We can accommodate additional time for Saturday bookings and Sunday’s 1.30 - 3.30 pm beforehand. 

  • Private party slots at Sammy’s Soft Play are usually:

Saturdays 2.30 - 4.30 pm

Sundays 1.30 - 3.30 pm

Sundays 4 - 6 pm

 

Number of people

  • The fee includes a maximum of up to 25 children.

  • Please inform us in advance of the numbers.

  • We do not count babes-in-arms in this total.

  • There is seating for 15 adults in the Soft Playroom. If you expect many more adults then please discuss this with us in advance. We ask that children stay in the soft playroom during parties.

Booking and payment

  • Please email info@yogaloftlondon.com with your preferred dates and we will check availability.

  • Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit  

  • Deposits are non-refundable from 30 days before the party date.

  • The final balance is due 14 days before the party date.

 

Please note:  

  • We require agreement to our terms and conditions to confirm a booking

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of your booking date will forfeit the deposit.  

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the booking date will forfeit full payment.

  • If the final balance is not received on time, your booking may be cancelled.

 

Party Rules:

  • Decorations: we ask that you do not bring decorations as we think the Soft play room already looks great! Plus the time needed to set up and clear up must be planned into your booking. However, we do allow helium balloons. These may not be attached to the furnishings in the room and please take them away with you at the end of your party.  

  • Please do not arrive early for your booking as there will be a play session in progress. All set up has to take place during your booking time (which is why we strongly suggest no decorations)

  • Please leave the Soft Play room promptly when your booking has ended or you will be subject to a late exit fee of £10 per 5 minutes. 

  • All clearing up must take place during your booking time. 

  • You are welcome to stay in the café area after your booking has ended.

  • Please leave the Soft Play room in the condition it was when you arrived, if the room is not left in a clean and tidy condition you will be charged £30 as per our cleaning fee

  • Rubbish bins are provided for you to dispose of your rubbish. Please do this yourself as our staff are very busy!  

  • Children are at all times the responsibility of their parent/guardian and must not be left unattended

  • Socks must be worn at all times whilst in Sammy’s Soft Play

  • Food and drink may be consumed in the soft play room, BUT MAY NOT be taken into the play area  

Food and drink

  • Yogarise is an alcohol-free building. 

  • All hot and cold drinks must be purchased at our café.

  • You have two options regarding food for your party. It can be arranged by us, or you can bring it yourself. Please read the below carefully.

Party food provided by us:

  • Kids party food can be provided at £7 per child. Party food menu is:  sandwiches, fruit, crisps, sweets and a drink. We can also arrange a cake at an additional cost on request (minimum 10 days in advance).  

  • If you request party food, final numbers must be confirmed by 10 days before the party date.  

  • Payment for party food must be received no later than 10 days before your party.

Party food provided by you

  • You may bring your own food if you prefer not to be catered.

  •  Drinks for adults are available in our cafe area. If you have special requests, please email any enquiries or requests at least 1 week in advance.  

  • Yogarise does not sell alcohol and you may not bring alcohol with you.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

 

Yogarise is not a nut-free environment.

 

We sell several items in our cafe which contain nuts and we are currently unable to guarantee no nut traces in our food as it is prepared in kitchens that sometimes use nuts. 

 

Whilst we can certainly arrange a nut-free menu for parties, we cannot guarantee there will be no nut traces. We are happy for those with allergies to bring their own food if they wish.

Yogarise can provide allergen information and a full list of ingredients for any food provided by us. 

 

Please note that we do not currently cater for allergies. Yogarise is not responsible for any allergic reactions experienced as a result of eating the party food provided by Yogarise, or as a result of cross-contamination of Yogarise party food and any food brought by members of your party.
